Airedale Terrier - breed of dog is named after the valley of the River Aire in Yorkshire (England). This is the place of origin of Airedale. Very sociable dog, but sometimes stubborn. Shows the courage and intelligence, but it absolutely is not aggressive. Coat harsh, thick and wavy. For their short and harsh hair is very easy to care for. The undercoat is softer. Coat color of yellow-brown color mixed with gray or black in the entire body, tail and neck. Ears are usually brown. Sometimes a little white chest. So, there are instances of non-standard black and red color.
Skull in a dog's long and flat. Forehead almost none. The housing body is strong and smooth. Muscular back. The tail is bushy and straight, docked at will. Paws are small, round and compact. Airedale growth can reach 61 cm, weight 55 kg.
